President

The President is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the organization.  The primary responsibilities include having monthly Board of Trustee meetings one evening each month to review any issues or concerns.  These meetings also include a financial review of both actual and budgeted financial statements.  Any major decisions affecting the organization are discussed and voted upon at these monthly meetings.  In addition, the President is responsible for making sure that all other Board Positions and other key positions within the organizations are filled.  Finally, the President is the interface with both the City of Westlake Recreation Department as well as OYSAN (Ohio Youth Soccer Association - North).  

 

Vice President

As in most organizations, the Vice President's role is to assist the President and other Board Members as needed. Traditionally, the Vice President has been in charge of special projects and studies to determine ways to improve the organization.  

 

Treasurer
